KCIT PUBLIC SCHOOL was founded in the year 2013 in memory of Late Smt. Pushpa Verma. whose dream to educate Poor & needy Students by Opening School. his earnest desire was to educate the masses. To fulfill his dream, his son Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Patel has established this School with the sole motto success through efforts The Name KCIT itself signifies the purpose and the intention of the Founder Manager, Mr. Kamlesh Patel in establishing this school. KCIT PUBLIC SCHOOL, Gonda is an Hindi / English medium School. established & governed by the Smt. Murta & Pushpa Memorial Educational & Charitable Trust , Gonda. & Affiliated with Basic Shiksha Parishad Uttar Pradesh. Imparting education upto Class VIII. The School is located Near-Khaira Mandir New Basti Khaira bargaon Gonda and maintains very neat and clean Surrounding both within and outside. The School provides individual attention to students to bring out their best and to make them multifaceted to ensure integral development of their personality. PROCEDURE FOR REGISTRATION

An application for registration is the first stage of the admissions process. A registration fee must be sent along with the application so that the Child name may be registered for the year and Child for which admission is sought. The fee is neither refundable nor adjustable and it is valid only for the specified academic year. Requirements At The Time of Registration:

 

* Two recent passport size photograph .

* The completed Registration form with student's Birth Certificate, Aadhaar Card, Transfer Certificate(if Admitted in Class II to VIII) and the Registration Fee. Re-Registration

All registrations are done for a particular year and for the class requested by the parent.

If a parent wishes to re-register, an additional fee is charged and a fresh registration number issued to the child. SCHEDULE & RULES OF FEE FOR SCHOLARS

School fee should be paid before the last date mentioned in the fee chart. Fine for Late fee will be charged after due date mentioned in the fee chart.

A late fine of Rs. 100/- per month will be charged for all fees paid after the due date and Rs. 100/- for every subsequent month if the due date passes and the fee dues are not cleared.

Amenity charges and Academic fees will be charged for the full session (12 months). (Fees will be paid for the complete session.

Students will neither be shown their Report Card / Answer Sheets nor allowed to sit for any examination until all the dues to the school are cleared.

To avoid rush and to save time, fees can be paid for 3, 6 or 12 months together.

The fees can also be paid through Cheque/Demand Draft/Pay order in favour of KCIT PUBLIC SCHOOL by 1st to 10th of each month. A receipt will be given for cheque payment after due clearance of cheque and March fee for all students will not be accepted in Cheque.

To withdraw transport facility parents must give 1 month prior notice and have to pay for the complete month in which they are withdrawing.

The School will charge extra fee for conducting educational trip.

Fee should be deposited by the 1st to 10th in Every Month. Failing which a fine of Rs. 10 Per day will be Charged.

Parents should draw Demand Draft in favour of KCIT Public School, Payable at Gonda
